Youth football development
I'm asking you since you all most likely have been, or should have been, a PL manager.
I've been asked to join a club as a youth player developer.
What do you put into such a role when it comes to tasks and duties?

I'm a butcher, and someone has offered me a job as a butcher, in a butcher's shop.
Does anyone have any kind of idea what the job might entail?

Re: Youth football development
I'm a UKCC Level 2, local FAs can deliver recognised certifications as well but they're not al recognised nationally, plus you are only qualified as an assistant, you MUST not lead a session or even assist without direct supervision from a qualified coach as you are not insured.

Get nonce checked as well, do that first to save delays.

"What's the point croe"

Because you can't because there isn't a UEFA C

Regardless of what some random site says wherever in the fucking world you are.
